Jeff Simpkins is Resolve’s COO and has been in the esports industry since 2015. Initially as an esports athlete himself, he transitioned into management, running Barrage Esports. Barrage was a very successful British esports organisation that competed across a wealth of titles including League of Legends, Rocket League, Overwatch, Call of Duty & more. Jeff has a proven track record of creating, operating and sustaining successful esports organisations. Since joining Resolve in 2022, Jeff has led the organisation to their highest finishes in top european esports competitions and obtaining their largest partnerships. Prior to joining Resolve, Jeff served as a Police Sergeant in Lancashire Constabulary.
